International Culinary Center was founded in Manhattan, NY by Dorothy Cann Hamilton in 1984 and was originally The French Culinary Institute. Today, it has grown to be one of the world’s leading centers for culinary education with additional campuses in California and Italy.
The school thrives in providing education in the minimum amount of time, with total immersion curriculum, students learn from expert chef instructors through its fast-track programs. Currently the school has more than 15,000 alumni from 80 countries. Its New York City campus offers access to some of the best cuisine in the world from its home base of stylish Soho. Silicon Valley campus gives access to some of the best California vineyards and farm-to-table cooking. The core of ICC’s Total Immersion hands-on education is technique.
